Our team is composed of highly-trained, experienced and genuine individuals who will make you feel at home from the moment you walk into our dental office. You will quickly see why we call our patients our Inspire Dental family. We take the time to personally listen to and address all your dental needs and desires and do so with great skill, care, and love.

Elizabeth is our Office Operations Manager and helps keep the office running smoothly. She handles scheduling, insurance, treatment plans, finances, and even assisting the doctor with treatment—so she does a little bit of everything!

She has been in dentistry for many years and started her career as a dental assistant. Outside of the office, Elizabeth enjoys spending time with her family, going to concerts, singing in the car, exercising, and cheering for the Vegas Golden Knights.

Elizabeth may look serious at first, but she has a funny and sarcastic personality once you get to know her! She also has a weird love for shark movies, and her secret dream job is stand-up comedy.

Our dear Patty is both an incredible person and an incredible hygienist. She has been in Las Vegas since 1997. She moved here from Indiana, but has lived all over the world due to her father’s service as a fighter pilot. Patty has been practicing dental hygiene for over 40 years. Patty is married and the mother of two wonderful children and is also the proud grandmother of two boys who she loves like crazy.

Patty also loves animals, traveling, movies and spending time with those she cares about. She values her relationships with her friends and family deeply and you can always expect her to go out of her way to make you feel loved inside and outside of our dental office. When you meet Patty you'll quickly feel like family within a short time after meeting her

Fun fact: Patty makes the world's best pickles and is known as the Pickle Whisperer!

Debbie is one of the kindest and most gentle people you will ever meet. Originally from Seattle, she moved with her family to Las Vegas in 2020 looking for sunshine and blue skies! She has been married to her amazing husband for 32 years! They have three wonderful children and a crazy dog named Ellie. Debbie has been practicing Dental Hygiene for over 30 years and 25 of those were with her father who was a dentist until he retired! She really enjoys keeping up with the newest research and techniques to bring the best care to her patients. In her free time, you can find her in her rose garden, hiking in the mountains or baking cookies.

Fun fact: Debbie went to school in London for 6 months and has traveled all over Europe!

Veronica is our lead dental assistant working inside our dental office. This woman knows her stuff! She has over 24 years of dental experience and is extremely skilled in all the work she does. Veronica is best known for keeping you comfortable throughout your whole visit and goes out of her way to make sure you love your results. Veronica is married with five children and 3 grandchildren, whom she loves fiercely. Originally from California, she and her family moved to Las Vegas in 2011. As you get to know Veronica you'll learn that she is a woman of many incredible talents. If she isn't working in the dental office you can find her doing any and all types of home renovations or organizing objects inside her own home or for others around her.

Fun fact: You can jump scare Veronica easier than anyone on the planet!

I am originally from New Mexico and relocated to Las Vegas in 2012 to pursue my dental career. I have been a dental assistant for 10 years and am very passionate when it comes to helping others with their oral health. When I’m not saving teeth I am a music artist and I perform around town. I am a very creative person and enjoy making all kinds of art. On my off days I like to spend time hanging out at home watching my favorite shows with my 2 cats.

Janalyn was born and raised in Alberta, Canada. She graduated from the University of Alberta and has been a dental hygienist for over 30 years. In 2004, she moved to Las Vegas and loves the warmer weather here. She loves getting to know the patients at the office, and is very meticulous in all the care she offers. Janalyn is married and has three children and two dogs. When she is not practicing dental hygiene, you can find her walking her dogs, baking, or building jigsaw puzzles.

Kelsey is the newest addition to our team and has already become a wonderful part of the office.  She helps with insurance verification, scheduling, and treatment plans, and is great with our patients.

Kelsey is originally from California, but she has lived in several different places because her husband served in the Coast Guard. All that moving has given her plenty of experience adapting to new places and meeting new people!

Outside of work, Kelsey stays busy with her two sons, a dog, and two cats. She loves watching movies, her favorite holiday is Halloween, and when it comes to food, you can't go wrong with Mexican food!
