Custom Dentures – These are the most comfortable, and natural looking dentures available. Although this type generally costs more, the comfort and look are well worth the long-term investment.
Implant Supported Dentures – Using a similar denture as our custom type, we craft these so that they can clip onto dental implants that are strategically placed into your jawbones. Implant supported dentures provide the most stable tooth replacement option and can provide you with a comfortable and confident smile.

Dr. Matthew Wilson, family dentist in Las Vegas, will take digital impressions and measurements of your mouth and bite, both of which are used to fabricate your custom dentures. It may take up to a couple of weeks to construct the dentures, but you will return to our office at a later visit to receive your new, comfortably made custom dentures.

A partial denture is a removable, prosthetic tooth replacement. You can wear your partial denture all day! The only times you’ll need to take it out is when you go to bed, when cleaning it, and when brushing and flossing your natural teeth. When worn, a partial denture replaces that hole in your smile caused by missing teeth, while also restoring your ability to eat food better than before.

First, we take impressions of your mouth and teeth. Then, we take these impressions to handcraft your partial denture.

It may take up to two weeks to have your partial denture made. However, it is well worth the wait! When you return to our office, we will try in your new replacement teeth to make sure the fit is comfortable. You will be amazed because the results look completely natural.

Inspire Dental of Summerlin offers two types of partial dentures:

Metal partials: Consists of a metal framework, which is covered by an acrylic base and has prosthetic teeth attached. The framework has clasps, which secure the partial in place, keeping it from slipping. These clasps gently rest over a few of your existing teeth to provide stability when wearing your partial. Our staff will color-match the prosthetic teeth and gum tissue to look like your natural smile as closely as possible.
Metal-free partials: Lacking the metal framework or clasps, this partial looks even more natural. It is recommended for individuals who need tooth replacements in highly visible areas of the mouth, or who have a metal allergy. The absence of the framework or clasps reduces the likelihood this partial will irritate your mouth and gums and offers a more aesthetic appeal. Metal-free partials also have greater flexibility, which can make them feel more comfortable.
